Rev-Run Redesign

I like the idea of this character and his power looks pretty wicked
The fists are very well done, his expression is okay and the shading isn't bad either
The only problem is that he's too small.
I don't know it you meant for him to be so tiny
but because of his height i can't take him like a real menace.
Maybe it's because of his pose but even then his legs, no body in general, is too scrunched
either way, yes there is certain things to improve but
overall this looks like a very good character with a good story behind him
